Returns and Defects Policy
Returns
You may return your purchase for any reason within 10 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original unopened packaging. You are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item being returned is returned because it is damaged or defective.
Defects
We guarantee your satisfaction with the workmanship of your product. In the rare circumstance that your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please enclose a brief note stating the nature of the defect along with the sales receipt and we will replace the item promptly. Please return the product to us via USPS Parcel Post. We will cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement item to you. Please understand that we do not provide for the cancellation of orders, and except for the cases expressly described in this returns and defects policy we cannot otherwise accept returns or offer refunds.
